Faint image of a difficult Journey!

I had to make the eight auspicious bhuddist symbols in fire drawing and that was very beautiful but the journey around that was fiercesome and I learnt something big and forgot it....

journey image.

i am about to set off for a short journey to Western Australia for a few weeks...there is always a side of me that will miss my home , I have had so many homes in my life that they sometimes feel like mirages and of that I suffer mild trepidation......I have been on many journey's so I am not trapped by my homes but there is always a feeling of reluctance to leave one.....I am also going to miss the net...it is going to be very difficult for me to get online for a fortnight and that is really frustrating.....but probably very healthy.

The gift !

In recent weeks I directed a perfect student production....a performance ,based on Ionescoe's 'the Mire'......we made a really dynamic ensemble piece ,for a cast of 17 performers.....I hope to show some images on the site soon...it was like Godspell on methyl-amphettamines....one of the cast made me a journal...its lots of different poems.....I really like poems!

Bush told to 'Get honest ' about Iraq....

Republican chairman of the Senate Foriegn Committee Richard Lugar has asked George Bush ' to level ' with the people and tell them the U.S. "will have to maintain a presence in Iraq for years"......as a consequence of that we can unfortunately expect casualties for a great deal of time to come.... " this idea that we will be in just as long as we need to and not a day more- we've got to get over that rhetoric ! It is rubbish ! We're going to be their a long time " said Richard Lugar.

Infant mortality rate soars in Iraq.

Well I hope the leaders of the coalition of the willing are content with the soaring infant mortality rate in Iraq....the situation was already dire prior to the invasion as a consequence of the sanctions.....now the situation is worse as a consequence of the administrative crisis engulfing Iraq...the coalition had no plan for the reconstruction and as a consequence many innocent children are suffering dreadfully....

Thank-you Seymour Hersh a great American !

Thank you Seymour Hersh you are a great American. Seymour is an investigative journalist..he broke the Mi Lai massacre story during the Vietnam war...he has been described by neo-con figure head Richard Pearl as a terrorist which of course is ridiculous......Mr Hersh is currently examining the WMD justification for the Iraq invasion and he is a vocal critic of the Bush administration....he is a great american ...thank you Seymour Hersh for giving us so much vital information.

Tony Blair and the straw man !

It has been great to see the british parliament hold its enquiry into the manipulation of intelligence by it's government to justify thr Iraq invasion.... Jack Straw, Blair's nasty little henchman, was ridiculous in his reply to question's asked by the enquiry.......one of the major intelligence dossier's used by Blair was in fact quotes taken from a 12 year old student thesis......the government cannot deny this so the straw man described it as a clerical error which had not been processed through proper procedures.....what a lot of bunk......Both Straw and Blair will pay a high price for their arrogant deception of the British people... meanwhile six british soldiers have sadly lost their lives in southern Iraq and their families will be devastated....

Iraq reconstruction is a farce !

The reconstruction of Iraq is a farce....."we've been given a job that we have'nt prepared for, we have'nt trained for, that we were'nt ready for," said a senior civil affairs officer in central Iraq, "for a lot of the stuff we're doing' we're making it up as we go along."....this is just not good enough.......it is problem enough to decieve your constituent's and make a pre-emptive invasion of another soveriegn state , but to also not have a clear and well prepared plan for the reconstruction of the state you have decimated is absolutely criminal.

U.S. soldiers die for Bush's greed and power.

I watch the Jim Lehrer news hour from the U.S. and at the end of the program they show those soldiers and marines that have sadly lost their lives for Bush's stupid war.....many of these are young men still in their teens...and their faces make me sad because all that enthusiasm and lust for life has just been chewed up on a totally un-necessary invasion of Iraq and are further being chewed up and will continue to be chewed up in this so-called post-war period...for their families left back at home a life sentence of grief.....and what for ?

A man boxed in !

The world is so messed up at the moment ..I rant and rave about it every day...Perhaps I should try to distance myself emotionally from it , not that I would really know how to do that.....perhaps I could become a plant...A cactus would be a good plant to be !.....except people would invariably crack jokes like "geez your cactus "......I want to be a really pretty plant like a fern or something.....in a hot house....a clivea.... or a violet...or a Monsterio......realistically I would probably be a weed like Patterson's curse or a thistle......but I would like to be a tree.

Bandaged head after the pummeling !

Modern life at the moment is one gigantic pummeling...whilst many of us are not forced to the degradation of war ,like so many innocent civilians in Iraq, we nevertheless are deeply affected by it's inhumanity and it scars our psyche's in way's that are still unknown to us...this is a drawing of how my psyche feels at the moment...it is called 'bandaged head.'

Children are incarcerated in Australian prison camps!

It is an outrage that children can be incarcerated by the Australian government...other nations in the EEC are considering setting up offshore prorams for refugees so as to abrogate their responsibilities..this is terribly wrong and it is unfortunate that Australia has set the example by not allowing asylumn seekers onto Australian soil by shipping them off to remote pacific Island slum camps.

Remote Australian prison camps....

Not only does Australia have a harsh mandatory detention system...it further avoids responsibility through a policy of not allowing asylumn seekers on to it's mainland by shipping them to various Pacific locations such as Nauru and PNG....detention centres on the mainland are sited in very environmently harsh outback areas like Woomera...now it gets so hot in Woomera in the summer ,it is very difficult..I could not live there....I can only feel sorrow for the desperate plight of these people...and they are only so few..it is ridiculous that a country as well off as ours cannot be more generous...

The mandatory detention of asylumn seekers is cruel and unnecessary.....in particular ,the detention of children , is appalling and profoundly damaging to those children's well being........the family court has just made a determination that the detention of children is probably illegal...but not content with this ,the Australian government now seeks to challenge that ruling in a higher court...this is idealogically driven racism of the most putrid sort...the immigration minister is corrupt...and the rest of the government as well.

The Australian family court has found that the detention of children under Austalia's mandatory detention policy is probably illegal and has ordered a trial to test the matter......illegal and immoral ....this vicious policy is barbaric, unjust and inhumane .....the australian government is to be condemned!

Preparation for a yellow journey.

Preparing for a journey is much like foundations for a house....preparation is important.....never take the yellow journey without true completion of the red journey......just as one never attempts the red journey without the blue...but that is all so long ago and I am hesitant to say to much unless I mislead......never mislead deliberately.....but for this journey to come I am almost ready .....the yellow journey !

Red journey !

I have come along a journey quite far...the red journey ......Almost fifteen years along that redness...journey's like this are always difficult things...we have no guidance on such journey's and very little time to rest and reflect.....the end is the most difficult point of the journey simply because it is so difficult to define.....over-differentiation confuses the terrain...... prints heading this way and that.............and although I have now completed my red journey a new journey beckons.....the journey of red switches to the journey of yellow and their I have never been...and I try to keep my sense of hope ....but I have heard that the yellow journey is fearsome.....that's the rumour that goes around....anyway towards the yellow journey go I.

Missile shield world ridiculous.

The star wars missile shield proposals of the US administation fly in the face of common sense...unfortunately war and violence seem inevitable for some time yet...but it's not going to be intercontinental ballistic missiles but dirty bombs and suicide bombings that are a great threat and a missile defence system is useless to respond for that....so US taxpayers will fork out billions on a turkey...on top of the billions they are spending on just occupying Iraq......and Bush has begun his own campaign to raise 200 million for his presidential campaign.....what a waste of money all of it.....could be better directed to health, poverty and education.

We got Lynched on the Jessica Lynch story.

It is early in the invasion of Iraq....the 'narrative of the war is failing badly'...troops are bogged down , casualties are rising.....its not going down well at home.....bring on the Jessica Lynch fabrication.....daring rescue raid to evacuate the severely wounded Private Lynch....what with stab and bullet wounds she will be the first rescue of an American pow since WW2......this is really stirring stuff.... putting the "proper narrative" back on track.....the fact that Private Lynch was not actually suffering stab and bullet wounds, had her life saved by Iraqi nurses and doctors who also attempted to take her back to her own troops....the list of falsities goes on and on....the fact is the US administration put a self serving spin on the event so as rescue their ailing war narrative. This is a micro aspect of a much larger strategy of deception on the coalition's part.

Iraqi children suffering..image of a young boy !

Iraq's children are suffering enourmously as casualties of the invasion. It is obscene that our leaders sit around patting themselves on the back for a job well done...yet as a consequence of their actions thousands of children are suffering from malnuitrition, de-hydration and disease as well as injuries sustained from millitaryordinance littering the country. The coalition is fast losing any confidence of the population.

The conservative Howard government has been trying to introduce an insidious piece of legislation through the parliament but cannot presently pass it through the senate.... Howard would like to have had a double dissolution of the two houses to pass the legislation but he realises that the Greens would be a major beneficiary of this tactic....so in recent days he has mooted the idea of senate" reform ".......ha ha ....got to love those re -words....reform , restructure ect........ Howard has now watered down the legislation to try to convince the labor party to give it's assent...the labor party are so bankrupt they are not to be trusted ....and bad legislation which further codifies the Governments control; conform; obey conservative philosophy is the likely outcome....we must resist this inane legislation.

War supporting Bishop Frame should resign.

Bishop Frame is now got cold feet on his support for war..realising that he has likely been mislead on WMD's...he wrote an article in the Australian supporting the war on February the 11th this year and was quoted by the primeminister in a statement to the national press club......through his support for war the Bishop has in fact sanctioned the deaths of many innocent Iraqi civilians....as the Anglican defence board chairman he must take responsibility for the results of the decisons he made to support an illegal and unjustifiable war in Iraq....the fact that he now is percieving the error of his way's is beside the point.....he should resign even if it's on the basis of naiveity.

One of our church leaders an Anglican Tom Frame has written an article in today's Australian discussing his growing alarm at the non-existence of weapons of mass destruction.....this man supported the war because he was ready to accept ,that at the time the government was telling the truth...John Howard actually used that support from Mr Frame to further justify his actions in the day's leading up to the invasion.....Mr Frame is now getting cold feet and at least has the decency to admit it....however he must bear some responsibility himself for supporting the government at that time...particularly after the dishonesty surrounding the children overboard affair...he had a responsibility particularly as a leader within the church to be more sceptical of the government.....his defence that he was mislead is just not good enough.....their were many expressing doubt about the veracity of the threat of WMD's....so it would seem that Mr Frame was naive in the extreme.

The circumstances surrounding Iraq's hospitals is an outrage.....the hospitals are completely broken and are in a far worse state since the invasion......already the situation was dire after a decade of U.N. sanctions ,now however ,things are far worse...the coalition are prepared to spend big dollars on killing but have totally abrogated their responsibility to saving lives in the hospitals......child malnuitrition is just one of many significant problems facing the Iraqi people....we are turning our backs on a situation that we have created...it is an appalling outrage...and a crime against humanity.

Australian senate under threat from major parties.

In a typical turn around from the prime minister, the australian senate is under threat .....in recent years our conservative primeminister has rigorously defended our system of government....during the republican debate he argued very strongly that if the system is ok then there is no need to fix it....he has campaigned vigorously against constitutional change....but now he has undergone a significant change of heart ????? why ????.....the labor party also supports the change which would demolish the smaller and independent parties......the only parties to oppose the war in Iraq.....the democrats and greens would suffer under proposed changes to the senate....we should vigorously oppose any changes to the constitution whilst there is such a tainted whiff of corruption around our political system.....any changes to the senate should only be considered around the creation of a republican Australia....the majority of australians would like to see us as a republic. Our present crop of politicians from both sides are not to be trusted.

As the weeks pass it is quite clear that either their has been a gigantic failure of intelligence or our leaders have mislead us in relation to the existence of weapons of mass destruction. Either way these matters are very serious because they cast a dismal shadow on the so called democratic system in which we live.....my own feeling is that we have been seriously misled about banned weapons .....and i reiterate ,seriously mislead in a way that has allowed a crime against humanity to occurr in our name.......this is the most serious crime that has been perpetrated and we have a responsibility to put pressure on our leaders to come clean about their motivations...now I am willing to accept I could be wrong about this .....but at the moment I believe that one of the most significant con jobs in history has been perpetrated since the bombings of the World Trade centre and it is critical for us to get a handle on that.

Australian primeminister seeks to demolish senate powers.

The australian primeminister wants to con the australian people with significant changes to the power of our senate in the name of what he describes as modernisation......now that is a joke coming from the man who single handedly demolished the possibility of a republic despite the overwhelming majority of australians who believe we should be . The changes required too the constitution to allow his plan to go ahead are very significant....which is bizarre considering his defence of the monarchist system was based on an argument that our constitution is highly effective as it stands...... it shows quite clearly that the primeminister is inconsistent at the very least.....in fact he is prepared to manipulate the system to the maximum if it will increase his power.....I am amazed at the degree to which this man has misled the people but still gets away with it....

global conflict arising from the little known events of september 11th.

It astonishes me that so little has been done to investigate fully the events of september 11th......other than investigations into intelligence failure on that terrible day there has been no thorough examination of the event that has had such a phenomenal impact on all our lives.....this was an event that altered all our realities yet we know so little about what actually happened and how...... Why were fighter aircraft not deployed until 9:40 am on that day when they should easily have been deployed by 8:15am ?.....simple questions such as this have not been answered...........because this event has been a major catalyst for the 'war on terror' we deserve a far better understanding of what happened.

Tragic deaths of German soldiers in Afghanistan !

It was very sad to hear of the deaths of at least 4 german millitary personel in a suicide bombing in Kabul.......these men were at the end of their tour and were on the way to the airport to leave when the attack occurred...... the war in Iraq as well as the ongoing conflict in afghanistan have brought these unfortunate soldiers to this tragic end....... the coalition leadership have failed to again realise that many modern wars cannot be won......that many modern wars just put places and peoples into limbo's which are enourmously insecure......and that despite the coalition rhetoric of victory......that political instability can only arise from the western neo imperialism forced on nations such as Iraq and Afghanistan.....unfortunately the death tolls in these nations can only increase amongst millitary occupants........it is very sad.

It seems all an artist can do these days is shove a sharp object into the doors of possibility to try and pry open the smallest chink...the littlest gap ..attempting to allow something through.....something that allows us to become that little more...that extra dimension ......but governments hate that...control-conform -obey....keep that door tightly shut..clamped down..blinkered......mis-informed...linear versus the lateral.

Massive food shortages in Iraq !

It is currently estimated that somewhere between 2 million to 4 million people will not recieve the necessary food aid required over the months of June and July within Iraq......the price of liberty is starvation.....the price of freedom is malnuitrition.......12 years of sanctions and now this appalling invasion...we have committed a terrible war crime......and I am so angry that my taxes pay for that barbarity to occurr.........and we are persuaded that its all over now and we cannot do anything and everything is good......yet it is so patently obvious that everything is not ok........crimes against humanity are not ok..

Tragedy in Iraq continues despite the cover-up !

It is important to note that their is a systematic cover-up occurring so as to supress the brutality of what has occurred in Iraq during and since the invasion.....that brutality continues .....child mortality . typhoid , black fever , dirty water , malnuitrition , over crowded hospitals , shortages of medecine.....the list goes on....and all because of a western lust for oil and control....we have been made part of this terrible crime against humanity.......and thousands on thousands of innocent civilians have died....have lost their lives......how can we be so glib about this....why are we allowing our political leaders to get away with this....its chillingly reminiscent of the swaying of the population by the nazi's in germany in the 1930's ,when ordinary people closed their eyes and minds to terrible truths !

Four Corners ,one of Australia's few quality current affairs program recently did a graphic expose on the mistreatment of asylumn seekers in prison camps under Australia's Mandatory detention system... Four Corners got their hands on video footage that is grueling and horrific...showing amongst many other terrible sights a man wrapped in razor wire....the right ,seeking to censor the realities of this inhuman treatment, is attemting to muzzle the A.B.C. ....this is a blatant attempt to limit the impartiality of our precious national broadcaster and must be resisted. Their is an unelected right wing think tank operating covertly but with an enourmous political clout in this country over the last few years.......

War legacy heats up Australian politics.

The Australian political scene is currently a seething hotbed of intrigue....Howard knifes Costello in the back....a festering will develope from this ....Costello pretends now that he will have a more ethical government if given the opportunity.....but its to late Mr Costello cause Howard cannot stand your guts...howards nasty right wing think tank is operating in a very powerful way behind the scenes......meanwhile the gormless, spineless opposition Labor party has its own leadership challenges....and again the impact of non-elected players behind the scene is enourmous.......the labor party are like a bunch of rabbits caught in the headlights;;;frightened and totally ineffectual........I was a true believer all my life but I have totally lost confidence in the labor party and they will never get my vite again....

Governments enquire about legitimacy of Iraq war!

Both the British parliament and the U.S. congress are investigating the legitimacy of the claims made about weapons of mass destruction prior to the Iraq war....it is very likely that these will be a whitewash but it is clear that the integrity of both Bush and Blair is highly questionable.... Blair is particularly up against those members of his party who have retained an ethical and moral stand against the war..Robin Cook being one of them.......The next few months will be critical in revealing the truth of the criminality and immorality of the coalition invasion of Iraq....they want us to believe the war is over but it has only just begun.

Trying to get my head together!

I work in a university teaching performance...i am in the middle of the peak week ,working long hours into the late nights....my personal life is non-existent for a week or so but that is good ...its somewhat liberating to lose yourself for a while.....I have been working with 17 wonderfull young performers....we have created a performance piece based arond Ionesco's "the Mire". I have never worked with Ionesco before ....it has been a wonderful experience to be involved with such a playful mind ....his script is just a giant offer to play!

The stench of australian politics!

the Australian political scene is a stench.....a dishonest conservative government that has consistently lied to its constituents lined up against an opposition labour party that has forsaken any credibility what-so-ever....a leadership vacuumn in both parties is being manipulated by obscure vested interests....Kim Beazley will defeat simon Crean for the leadership of the labour party in the next few weeks....Why?...because he's a hawk who is great mates with Tony Blair and will probably support the passage of the moribund asio bill that the government wishes to pass through a hostile senate.....John Howard will retain the leadership because his gormless treasurer will never hold the confidence of the people ,who hate his guts. The other contenders Tony Abbott and Brendan Nelson are just plain old right wing suckholes...the former is a industrial relations neanderthal...the latter an out and out vandal destoying Australia's higher education system......they all only survive because of institutional corruption and the preferential voting system which maintains our bizarre bipolar political system....a pox on all of them.

Australia's national newspaper a total joke!

Australia has a national newspaper ' The Australian '...its a Rupert Murdoch ..News limited rag......a reactionary right wing war loving pile of crap.... today they ran an article called " more Amerikan graffiti " by Keith Windshuttle.....the article is a deformed misrepresentational critique of the great american Noam Chomsky....it totally misrepresents the ideas of Mr Chomsky in the most banal piece of journalism second only to the mad ravings of Janet Albrechtson who features in this newspaper frequently.......the so-called case against Noam Chomsky is ridiculous in the extreme and is a further example of the right defending the indefensible. They only run this stuff because of their fear of truth and conscience......this newspaper has run a pro-war line and their position is being discredited daily.....this kind of article is their attempt to claw back some degree of credibility...they fail.......and that great mind ,that gave us the idea of manufactured consent {Noam Chomskey}, is attacked in the most superficial way. What would you expect of an affiliate to 20th century fox and fox television.

Tony Blair will be outed on weapons fraud!

Tony Blair is slowly being cornered on the extent to which he has propagated the lies in regard to weapons of mass destruction...well Mr Blair your discomfiture will grow....so many of your colleagues in your own labour party realise the extent to which you have comitted war crimes in Iraq.....Under international law, a pre-emptive war may be justified only where there exists a genuine and imminent threat of physical attack.....it is very clear that that threat did not exist...The U.N. charter requires international disputes or situations that might lead to a breach of peace to be resolved by peaceful diplomatic means.......the U.N. charter is clear...a nation may use force unilaterally in self defense only if an armed attack occurrs against it.........none of these conditions were met ....... the coalition war was illegal under international law.......therefore the coalition is guilty of war crimes.

George Bush presents absurd plan to control world shipping lanes as a means of controling the proliferation of weapons to dissident groups....this is laughable when you consider the extent to which the U.S. is responsible for the research and manufacture of these weapons in the first place......its really basic ,if you do not want the weapons don't make them .........and thanks are due to Heide-Marie WieCzorek-Zeal the german developement minister who said the conflict in Iraq had been about oil, and that the "world was decieved".....its so refreshing to hear mainstream politicians speak the truth.

When intelligence is just not intelligent!

The Australian defence minister now admits that the intelligence that was propagated before the war might have been faulty...some U.S. officials have admitted that intelligence might have been skewed...in the last few days the prime minister of Australia has been whipping up a bit of fear citing new intelligence......why should we believe that any new intelligence has any credibility.....the problem with fear mongering is the old tale of the boy who cried wolf....if you falsely alarm your citizens there will come a day when you have lost the trust of your citizens at a time when you really need it.......our governments are irresponsible. When intelligence is not intelligent you do your constituents an incredible disfavour!

War veterans suffer !

....36 percent of desert storm veterans have filed claims for service related disabilities...in the case of desert storm the use of depleted uranium in weapons was a significant factor in those claims.....In July 1990 the U.S. army armaments munitions and chemical command admitted depleted uranium posed long term risks to both natives and combat veterans....very low doses have been linked to cancer....Gulf war vets have 500% greater incidence of Lou Gehrigs disease ...female vets have 300% greater incidence of bearing children with birth defects..200% for male veterans......this is what we do to our own servicemen and women....it takes very little to imagine the effects on civilian populations innocently caught up in the conflict......the degree of physical and mental disorders that arise from the current Iraq situation will become apparent over the next few years!

U.S. considers backing Iranian 'terrorists' !

In another example of extreme irony and a downright case of stupid double standards ,certain pentagon officials are proposing a plan which would offer funds and millitary backing for an Iranian dissident group which has been declared a terrorist organisation by the U.S. state department.....the group..the mujahideen khalk group was previously funded by Saddam Hussein.....now this is the most supreme irony and it should not be forgotten that it was this kind of covert fiddling that allowed for the rise of al qaeda in Afghanistan in the 1980's......the U.S. administration must have marbles in its head...and it further undermines the legitimacy of 'the war on terror' sic !

Global cynicism grows about war motives!

The BBC reported over the weekend that intelligence material was altered at the request of Mr Blair's office to make it ,and I quote 'sexier' , by adding that Iraq could deploy weapons of mass destruction for use within 45 minutes......as it has turned out now ,weapons that could have been deployed at all , have not been found......this is just one incident of many that was part of the pre-war beat up......sickening!

The Australian defence minister Robert Hill has finally made a concession to the doubt on weapons of mass destruction.....he has said that flawed intelligence about Iraq's weapons capacity influenced Australia's decison to join the Iraq war.......yes ...well the rhetoric will flow even harder as more time passes and reveals the extent to which we have been mislead by our government ......we have pandered to an extreme neo-conservative agenda which is anti-human in its agenda......it will be interesting to see the means by which the Bush ,Blair ,and Howard troika manufacture the existence of WMD's over the next few months to counter their critics.....if they cannot find them they will invent finding them !

Deliberate skewing of intelligence by Pentagon to support war!

Intelligence sources totally biased and unreliable!

I t seems that a major source of intelligence for the pentagon before the war was from the Iraqi National Congress an organisation of Iraqi exiles headed up by Ahmad Chalabi.......a totally biased and unreliable source to gain ones intelligence from...the more you dig down the more maggot infested the corruption that underscored the justification for war and the subsequent deaths of thousands of Iraqi citizens......it is truly appalling......the more time that passes the more evident the war crime....coalition leaders should be indicted for war crimes and crimes against humanity!

Wolfowitz puts foot in mouth and pisses off Rumsfeld.

Deputy U.S. Defence Secretary Paul Wolfowitz admitted in a magazine article that" for bureacratic reasons, we settled on one issue , weapons of mass destruction , because it was the one ...everyone could agree on to publicly justify the war.......a very pissed of Rumsfeld was not pleased with the Wolfowitz statement. Interestingly the Guardian claims to have the transcript of a conversation between British foriegn secretary Jack Straw and Colin Powell in which both parties privately express serious doubts about imformation recieved about weapons of mass destruction........and so the truth of this tragic injustice continues to emerge.....the truth is slowly coming out....the question is ,do we have the courage to face the truth or will we be ostrich like and bury our heads in the sand...I hope not!

Marine Lieutenant-General Conway say's intelligence was wrong.

The top U.S. marine corps officer in Iraq, Lieutenant-General James Conway said U.S. intelligence was "simply wrong" in leading commanders to fear attacks with chemical weapons during the march invasion...{Sunday Age 1/6/03}... the Age also reports that the former head of world wide intelligence gathering for the U.S. Defence Intelligence Agency, Patrick Lang, said the organisation had been 'exploited and abused and bypassed" in the process of making the case for war in Iraq based on the presence of weapons of mass destruction. The Age also reports that Vince Cannistaro, a former CIA chief of counterterrorist operations ,said he knew of serving officers who believed it was a scandal that the Pentagon played up fraudulent intelligence. As is clear from these sources there is a strong case to be made that the justification for the iraq war has been a gigantic hoax......how can we let them get away with it at the cost of so many lives! Yes Mr Blair the war was a defining moment of this century...it has allowed us to clearly define the injustice of lying and exploiting on the part of ruthless politicians to achieve their political aims!
